Neal Chambers of EnglishSpark.com, explains the difference in the shades of meaning between the words 'Complaisant' and 'Amenable' with the help of WordAhead videos.

In his Teachers Stumpers series, Neal creates an interesting dialogue between his two famous characters, Mr. Maru and Sparky. These two characters are always in a fun discussion over words which have an almost similar meaning and are hence confusing for students. Today Mr.Maru and Sparky are arguing over the use of   'complaisant' and 'amenable'. Neal has used WordAhead videos to help explain the difference between the two words. Thanks Neal, you have a great blog!
