I bought the $10 app and it will not load. All of the other apps on my ipod work just fine. I will not tolerate a dysfunctional app worth $10

We are extremely sorry to hear that you are having trouble loading the apps. We would be happy to provide a refund for your purchase. However, if you would let us know a few things, it would help us debug your issue and find a solution.

What version of iPod Touch do you have? 1st Generation? 2nd Generation or 3rd?
What is the version of the OS loaded on the iPod Touch? You can find this by going to the ‘Settings’ -> ‘General’ -> ‘About’ -> ‘Version’

If you could send us this information we will investigate and get back to you. Our top most priority is customer satisfaction.

We have sold several hundred copies of this App and this is the first time we are hearing about loading issue. We are very keen to find out what went wrong.

Update on this issue for everyone. Luke's original OS was 2.2.1. When he upgraded his device OS the app started working. We have added a message on appstore download page for the time being that app won't run on iphone OS below 3.0.
